"Yeah right!" Buzzardtail rolled his eyes. He glanced towards the new cat then added, "squirrel? Sounds fun."

Heatherheart noted Jaywhisper and Buzzardtail approaching from behind wildfire. She almost stiffened. Those two got up to nothing but trouble at gatherings.

"Hey Squirrel!" Jaywhsiper called.

"What's up Squirrel?" Buzzardtail called from behind Jaywhisper.

Scorchpaw looked around the clearing for the other apprentices.

Seaheart led his clan into the grounds and sat next to the other leaders, giving them courteous nods.
Lavenderpaw went straight to find Lilypaw, and found her with Sappaw and Wishpaw.
"Hi!" She said. "We should find Scorchpaw and Rainpaw!"

"Good idea," Seedpaw smiled.

"How about we go too, Crabpaw?" Sunpaw suggested just as Pinepaw bounded over to join them.

"I wonder if Brightpaw and Lionpaw could come.." Beetlepaw mewed to Stormpaw and Beetlepaw.

Meanwhile, Brightpaw and Lionpaw fought their way through the mass of cats to find the other apprentices.

Wildfire took awhile to realise these cats were talking him. "Name is not 'squirrel'. It's Wildfire" he said, as he stood up, proud of his name.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever Squirrel," Buzzardtail rolled his eyes.

This cat is incredibly rude thought Wildfire. If it weren't for rules, I would defur him.
"Your name is Buzzardtail, right... So why don't you buzz off" he said with a small chuckle in his purr.

"Say that again," Buzzardtail growled and turned back to Wildfire. "You should watch your mouth Squirrel."

"Can't, its under my nose. But anyway... Why don't you buzz off." Wildfire meowed, knowing that this stupid fur-ball excuse for a cat wouldn't attack him at a Gathering

Buzzardtail's fur prickled, but he forced it flat. "You'd better watch yourself Squirrel, or you'll really get what's coming to you," he mewed in a threatening tone.

"Are you deaf as well as stupid?" asked Wildfire. "Its Wildfire, not Squirrel. Squirrels are things you hunt, Wildfire's are things that hunt you." he said nearly running out of breath. "And if you can't work it out yet, I don't want your company."

Buzzardtail let out a angry hiss and spun around to face Wildfire, teeth bared.

Jaywhisper's hackles raised and she looked up tithe sky for a sign of StarClan's displease.
"Buzzardtail, he's just a stupid rouge. Let's leave it."

Gingersnow and Heatherheart looked at each other, and Gingersnow felt a twinge of embarrassment. "Wildfire calm down. Please."

Earthpaw nudged Honeypaw as he noticed the apprentices gathering together. "Let's join them." He suggested.

Rainpaw, dragged along by the other apprentices, looked away, searching madly for the cat.
Lavenderpaw eyed her suspiciously. "And what just might you be looking for?" she asked.
Randomly, Crabpaw batted Beetlepaw. "Pass it on." he said.
Scarletpaw bounded over to the circle. "Trust Crabpaw to be the random one." the older apprentice said.

Buzzardtail forced his fur flat, "yeah, right. See ya rouge." He spun around and stalked off.

Beetlepaw rolled his eyes and batted Lilypaw, "pass it on."
